I have a manual pump I don't use any more. It was mounted on a dump wagon like you want to do so it could be dumped when pulled by a truck. It cost $300+ about 10 years ago. The wagon was also plumbed to run off tractor remote hydraulics with an isolator valve to isolate the pump. It worked fine in manual mode, just kind of slow and laborious.
One of the hands was hauling dirt and forgot to close the isolator valve and dumped a load of dirt under remote hydraulics and the back pressure in the pump reservoir blew out one end of it. I think it can be repaired. I will take it to the welding shop and have it welded. If it works I will sell it cheap. Let me know if you are interested.
