Thanks for the info on the golf carts. The jury is still out on them for now. I'm all for oportunities to increase cash flow, but I keep seeing a bunch of golf carts racing around the roads, and it's not an apealing picture.

It could also be a mental block I'm having. This is actually fairly common for me. I get good advice, but don't reckognize it right away. /forums/images/graemlins/confused.gif

Golf carts are a better alternative to those noisy mini-motorcycles and scooters. Top speed on my electric is about 12-13 mph. And it's quiet.
