Anybody running one? I have never heard of them.

Decent priced but don't anything about them to see if worth it

I have heard of them, but have never ran one.

Some guys are crazy for them with how rare they are in the states.

No efco. It's an Italian company. You can never have enough saws and have 4 echos.

Dropped one saw off to a local guy to fix, could do it myself but I like to help local businesses.

He had about a dozen efco saws on display. I'll take another midsized saw but never heard of the company

Had an Effco brush trimmer years ago that finally expired. Never seen one of their saws.

Getting partial to the Echo chainsaws. Quailty Japanese made saws.

Used to be Olympic saws years ago. Was a dealer for a period of time due to the local Menards carrying them seemed to be more low end consumer rated products.

I had an ECHO, I hated the muffler exhaust direction, it was always kicking up sawdust.

I thought my Stihl Farm Boss was the perfect saw,,
THEN, one day I walked into a local farm store, picked up a Stihl MS261CM,,, It is CRAZY LIGHT!!

I instantly bought it, and at the time I did not even know it was fuel injected.
(I bought it totally based on the extremely light weight)

So, now, for the most part, the Farm Boss, and the MS660 ride the shelf in the shed,,,
I should sell them, I doubt that I will ever use them again, now that I have run the MS261CM,,,
The 261 does everything perfectly, first start, restarts, shutoffs, power. It is a unique saw.

I have an EFCO branded as Cub Cadet. Bought it about 7 or 8 years ago. It just keeps working. I've cut quite a bit with it. It's the 5720 model (57cc's 20" bar). EFCO is the largest brand in the EU that sells saws. Not as popular in the states but I do have to say I like using this one. It's made of metal instead of the plastic we see on a lot of saws here in the USA. Just used it the other day for a tree that fell. Worked the same as usual.

Built good. These are 152 and 156

Parts are like stihl parts = very pricey.
Plus hard to get but can be ordered online and shipped to you at least IF you find the part.

I like how their homeowner grade are built better then the top 2 clamshell designs.

Pro grade seem on par. Old school and little under powered.

If you can buy them right price only way I would do it. I couldnt move the ones I had till I about gave them away.

One apart is their homeowner style.

Had them for years. An EFCO is not safe in any pawn shop if I happen to go in there. Excellent saws. Not echo, they are EFCO.
