Got ya, good job keeping the power in the lower tier. How many KWH do you typically use in a month?

Yes, we have the same type of tier system here, and the distribution costs come under the various "fees" that I mentioned. It's just that I'm able to stay within the lower rates most of the time even with electric hot water. My earlier point was that I'd much rather pay the power company than generate my own electricity. This month, at $3.09 a day, I thinks that's a deal.
