Engine Manufacturer?

So I am seriously thinking about buying a CT335 and I realize that I don't know who makes the engine in a Bobcat/Kioti.

Daedong in South Korea builds the engine and tractor. I get confused sometimes as to who owns who, but I think Doosan owns both Bobcat and Daedong, but Daedong sells the Kioti line while Doosan has started importing these as Bobcats. I may have that order wrong though.

I rebuilt the engine on my 95 model LK3054 and I can say they are well built, simple and rugged.

IR sold off Bobcat around the crash. They are also Eaton, Cuttler-Hammer and Thermo_King too. Supposedly Kubota will no longer supply engines for the Bobcat skid steer and those motors will be replaced with one's manufactured by Doosan (not Daedong).

I have had a 335 for almost a year now, having put over 100hrs, (400+ total) I can say that the ct335 is an excellent tractor in all areas. I have the shuttle model and planed on keeping it for a couple years and flipping it however the more I run it the more I plan on keeping it.

Yes, I've had my CT235 for a few years and 160 hours and I'm very happy with it.

When did Bobcat stop making tractors? My local Kubota/Doosan/Bobcat dealer has dozens of Bobcat tractors(which for some reason they don't seem too concerned about selling).I was told they are no longer made.

I believe there were some 2013 models but I don't think very many. I'm not exactly sure the date they decided to pull the plug. Too bad seemed like a good fit I know I love mine. Where is it that your local dealer is located?
