Chuck here. Fully registered and occasionally irritating to my fellow TBNer's I guess. Most of
the guys do seem to lean toward the Republicrooks rather than the Demothieves, but most also
seem at least somewhat reasonable about matters political. Apparently Enron gave quite a bit
more money to the Repubs than the Dems, and if it were proven that this got them something
from the Bush administration, I'm sure most here would jump on Georgie with almost as much
fervor as they show when damning Bill for his ****** peccadillos and lying about same. Now in
my view, the Enron disaster, which may have ruined the lives of hundreds of their employees and
cost many others a big chunk of their savings, is so much more significant than Bill's messes that
a comparison is impossible. However, I do not doubt the sincerity of those here who were so
strongly offended by Bill's actions that they would disagree with my assessment. Again,
however, I seriously doubt the sincerity of many in the Republican party who gleefully pursued
Bill while having their own extra-marital escapades. They reminded me strongly of all the
television preachers who did exactly that which they preached against. Let us hope that their
economic actions aren't equally suspect. BTW, there are a number of Republicans I admire.
There are a number of Democrats I would as soon never hear from again. Generalizations
aren't worth much, except to those who benefit from their power to persuade
