one year ago I built a barn 35 x 46, 12"tall , one 12 x 10 insulated overhead door and one 9 x 10 insulated overhead door an entry door and a stable door with 24"overhangs
on the eves. I purchased all supplies at local lumber yards
for about $4000.00 .
it is a nice barn at a price I could afford.

My Dad had Morton put up a pole barn at our farm in the mid 1970's. I don't know the exact dimensions but roughly 60 X 100 X 14. The crews then, as now, are awesome to watch. Set all posts one day, did the rest the following day or two.

This building has held up well. We replaced the gutters a few years ago (rusted out due to leaves and no cleanout) and last year Morton finally came out to replace some of the door hardware (rollers). Other than that, 25+ years and no problems.

You're paying more but you're getting a quality product. I wish more companies were like Morton.
