Extra hydraulic resovoir for BX24?

There are double action telescopic cylinders on the market to.

I have never seen those ... do you have a link to some? I am no expert so I cannot argue the point, but I thought the telescoping rams were kind of like a balloon .... for them to get big, you had to add lots of hydraulic fluid???
