This new ten speed does not hunt for gears. The dash issue is a common problem. My 2019 has it and my buddies 2018. Doesn’t really bother me unless you are looking for it. Everything else has been pretty much perfect on this truck. This is coming from a 20 year GM guy. Had a 2008 Silverado that was mechanically a great truck but started to rust away. Just didn’t like the new styling of the 2019 Silverados and GM has nothing to compete with the V6 2.7l ten speed as far as power / tow capacity / MPG. On reg gas.
