Hello.

Looking for fork/tine recommendations for a bucket build.

Have an existing JD 4 in 1 bucket. It was actually pretty limited use, so using existing materials, we cut off the upper bucket, welded some box blade ripper shanks on top, and mounted a toothbar to make a debris grapple. Works ok, but kind of limited capacity.

We’re looking to upgrade our grapple to version3 with increased capacity. We’d like to copy an IH manure bucket that we are really happy with and get more grappling pickup capacity.

Looking to uninstall our grapple bolt on toothbar and fabricate some manure / debris type fork extensions similar to our IH bucket.

Does anyone have any recommendations for round or square fork stock and sourcing?

Any help appreciated.

Thanks.

Joe

I used bale spears for brush forks. They're super strong.

No grapple but here is my brush forks..... BUT really could use simple grapple ... Just to clamp brush from falling off...And yes they are removable......

The bale spears are incredibly strong and have held up well since building the forks about 5 years ago. They've handled pieces of tree trunk that the loader could barely lift.
