Well said Thomas,I would have had no problem with a transport fee. This is my first tractor,so far its been as good as the day mom and me first went kickin tires.I think the customers attitude has a lot to do with it also.Treat your dealer the same way we wont to be treated.I could tell the first 5 min.i talked to The fella who sold me my rig, turned out to be the owner,i was at the rite place.

Treating the dealer's employee the way YOU want to be treated is very important. Hopefully they will let you! When I had my problems with the FEL setup I was nice and as helpful as I could be to the mechanic and the salesman. They did not cause the problem but they had to deal with it the best they could. Chewing on their butt would not get me anything but more pain and higher blood pressure.

The mechanic who fixed the messed up setup, the salesman and even a parts guy at the dealer new about my situation. The parts guy even knew how ** I ** was handling the situation. He knew I was being patient and not pitching a fit. They all thanked me many times over for me having patience and allowing them to make things right.

They got everything done correctly to my satisfaction. I was happy and they were happy that I did not chew their tail for someone elses mistakes. I think the paitence I showed has already helped me out at the dealership and it certainly was the right thing for me to do.

Now, if I thought they were ripping me off, or if they were like the car dealership I have to deal with, it would be a different story.....

Get a GOOD DEALER. More important than Green, Orange or Blue. Course Green IS better!
