Fecon FTX 148-L

Take time to look at the C1OO by Rayco. I think it will run circles around the comp.

I would like to put a challenge out for anyone who is considering buying any machine other than Fecon. Horse power for horse power Fecon has it hands down. I have run the FTX148L against all of the others and there is no comparrison. Fecon puts an incredible amount of R and D in their machines and they are the innovators in this business.
Also no one stands behind their machines better than Fecon!
So biker, or anyone else this is a standing challenge for a grind off. I will take on any compareable hp machine and show you how the FTX148L is by far the best mulcher on the market. I could go into all the details -durability-tooling choices-lowest fuel consumption-power management system-etc,etc but I would rather show than tell. This is the line in the sand. Will anyone cross it? I will have a video camera and post the video on Youtube so bring your best.

Also mulch man the Rayco 100 is a good machine but please consider the Fecon version FTX100L so that you can get the better mulching head with it (much more durable, more tooling options, etc)

Isn't the FTX148 actually built by Camoplast up in Canada? I'm pretty sure it is.

The only machine's Fecon builds are the tracked 440 and a mid sized powerpack. All other Fecon machine's are partnerships with carrier manufacturers. It has served them well so far.

Fecon designed the machine and had Camo assemble it for them. This is a Fecon machine, it is just bolted together in a different building. Mulchng Consultant is right, this machine kicks a lot of tail and will outwork any of the small machines 2-1!

Prinoth purchased Camoplast in 2009 after Camoplast had purchased Bombardier Industrial in 2004 and they have been in business building off-road vehicles since 1942, so I wonder how much of the 148 is Fecon's design. I'm sure they had input but I think that Prinoth/Camoplast/Bombardier have been building this stuff for decades. Fecon builds mulching heads which was the design of AHWI, I believe. Fecon is a darn good company and they make good products and you gotta love that the bullhog is made in the USA, but the Canadians are real good at building off-road vehicles.

I can see what all the mulchers do like this Fecon, but of all the units I have seen represent jobs working on flat ground with soft pine material. What machine can handle the same 4" or greater material, iron wood, ash, maple, oak etc., in the rugged terrain of VT without going to a TigerCat?

Look at Gyro Trac or Brons or PTgators or a trac hoe with denis c head. You will probably have less down time with trac hoe
