Hello

I was wondering if anyone has any photo's of the CK20S with the FEL removed and then installed.

Also if anyone has photo's of the back hoe being removed and replaced.

Does the subframe stay on the tractor when you remove the backhoe?

I have had a lot of experience with the Kubota BX22 so I was wondering how the implements attach and remove on the Kioti

Thanks for any help and photos

I don't have any pictures and my CK30 has a Woods bh, but they're all pretty much the same. The sub frame stays with the tractor when the bh is removed. The 3 point hitch arms come off when you install the bh, so you have to put them back on (You don't HAVE to remove the arms, but you do have to remove the stabilizers, and then you'd have them rattling around, it's just better to remove them). My bh has 2 large pins that simply slide out to release the bh. Once those are out, you lower the stabilizer arms and the hoe comes right off the sub frame. Turn the tractor off and disconnect the hydraulic lines and drive away.
I never removed the FEL, but the dealer described taking it off when it was delivered (I declined a demo since I'll probably never remove it and if I ever do, I'll have long forgotten everything he told me). I have removed the FEL on my JD 955 to paint the FEL and tractor, and it was a piece of cake and the description of removing the FEL for the CK30 seemed to be the exact same. After the pins are removed at each loader arm end, it simply lifts itself out with a little down force. Turn the tractor off and remove the hydraulic lines and back away.

If it is all Kioti. The subframe does come off with the backhoe.
Woods it does not.

I have not pulled the FEL on my CK30 so no idea, or pics, on how that works. I do remove/install the BackHoe yearly, on the Kioti BH the sub frame does come off with the BH. No need to remove stabilizer arms or 3pt hitch arms. Sub frame slides into place... with a bunch of manuvering, and 2 pins drop in to hold it in place. 3pt arms do need to be in the middle region of travel. Can't be at the top or at the bottom and once the BH is hooked up.. the 3pt arms can't be moved.

Sorry, I stand corrected.

Subframe is very heavy duty and does not come off on my Woods Ground breaker BH70-X. It was a little more over the Kioti version, but I'm very happy with it.

so every time you take the kioti bh off the subframe comes off too?
how does the sub frame attach? is it a pain in the butt to take on and off?

on a flat floor takes less than 5 minutes to take off backhoe. two pins and two hoses.

Putting it back on takes about the same amount of time after you do it a couple times. back tractor into position connect hoses, maneuver backhoe into position to catch on the brackets, back the tractor in, and then drop pins. it almost takes more time to type out then to do it

ok so the long steel frame work that goes under the tractor stays in place when the back hoe is removed? So what your saying is that the bottom of the back hoe goes onto a post the it piviots upwards (straight up and down) to line up 2 holes that pins are placed in?

The key to Krafty's post was level ground and supported. If the ground is not level and the back hoe droops over the winter and the under mount is two feet in the air so that you cannot back over it then it is a PITA. Especially if you are trying to do it by yourself. You will only make that mistake once and then you will find a level spot and block it so it does not droop.
Another option is to buy a 4 ft extension for the hydraulic hoses, so that you can connect them before you have to back over the sub frame. That way you can use the bucket and out riggers to level the hoe. Since I have no one to help me, that is what I did and it works slick.

So do the long steel pieces stay on the tractor when the back hoe is removed or not??
