If I understand what you are saying, the float won't hold in the full forward float position without those parts. Or it won't hold in the center no movement position. Or both...If it was mine, it would be definitely both:laughing:
Yes it would go up but I had to find the sweet spot to get it to work. It wouldn't go down slowely with any controll Just by reseasing and putting it down to float. Im trying to find the ball bearings now Thank all of you for the help.
I got a roller that picks up roofing nails and found all the lost balls. Im going to clean them up and put it back together and let you know how it works. Thank you for the help. I appreciate it.
Be very careful with the grease. I just replaced my detent springs and ball bearings in my Kubota 682 loader. Used grease to hold all the parts together for easy assembly. Now there is not enough resistance to hold it in the float position. Had to take it all apart and clean everything up.
I got the entire kit from Kubota. Mine was a mess and locked up tight in the down position. When I took the cap off it was all locked up. I carefully tried to remove it resulting in all the parts shooting across my gravel driveway. I found a couple of them after 45 minutes on my hands and knees. I was repeating very bad words at the time!
