I have a 2005 B7610HSD w/ LA352 FEL (500 hrs) that has gotten weak on the lift arms in both directions.
First, over the last couple months, the float function got hoaky….will pop out of the detent very easily (not sure this is related). Recently, the bucket won’t lift more that 200lbs above 18” off the ground, nor does it have the downforce to lift the front wheels off the ground.
The curl/dump function seems fine….i can lift the front wheels off the ground with the dump function.
With the timing of the float issue and the problem with just the lift arm function, I’m guessing it’s the up/down circuit in the control valve. Am I on the right track?
How hard are these to rebuild without a shop full of tools for hydraulics?
Thanks!
