FEL hydraulic valve sticking

Some times, if a valve body is tighten down too much, the valve will warp and cause the spools to bind..

Try loosen the mounting bolts and try it.

There is a slight bump when you use regen, and much harder bump when using float.

Bucket tilt up and loader arms up should be a smooth operation.

I will try to loosen the bolts.

Dealer's tractor is doing the same thing. Could it be a whole mfg run of valves be defective? Should I have them replace the valve, but afraid the new one will do the same thing.

I've already bumped things because I can't control the hydraulics smoothly, afraid I'll break something eventually because of it.

How do I repair a sticking hydraulic valve on the hydraulics for turning the front loader in order to empty the bucket?

Is the control lever or cable?

Lube the gimbels.

Does it spring back to neutral.

Have you taken the cans off the bottom of the valve and inspected the springs for rust, breakage, etc.

You may have an o-ring coming apart in the valve spool.

You can remove the spool and inspect everything. Bore, spool, springs, nuts, washers, etc.

Should have a manual for disassembly, and re-assembly.

You can't get new spools, but the small parts are avaliable.
