FEL - installing wider gate

The FEL worked great on this job.

The object was to take out a 4' gate and put in an 8' gate.

I had to move the H corner post over 4"

I took the barbed wire off, grabbed some chains, and picked up the corner post H.

The H came out and stayed together so I backed up and dug two holes 4' over.

Then I set the post in the holes I dug.

I used the FEL to straighten then up and then tamped them tight.

I then put the barbed wires back on and installed the new gate. The FEL made this a quick half morning job. /forums/images/graemlins/smile.gif

My tractor is also used as a very expensive post puller, its great ! I also ride the fence line with it and it makes the wife think Im staying busy! /forums/images/graemlins/shocked.gif
