FEL Rake

Started my own version of a rake. I will be using chain and binders to hold it on (because I already have them) and have the same tooth pattern top and bottom. Material is 1/2 inch plate cut with a cnc plasma. First post with pic so be gentle.

That looks great. Although I'm concerned about the thickness of your metal. I made my own RR a few months ago. First out of 1/4" cuz that's what I had. It failed. Yep. The student version of ACAD is free and works great. After making a DWG the Pro-Nest software turns it into a CNC file and you cut.
I'm confident that 1/2 will be good. A few of my other projects were lighter material so I learned when stuff bends and when the tires spin or the rear picks up. I try to take it easy the bucket itself is 7 ga. with 1/2 cutting edge, I'll wreck the rake first.

So what material did you choose? That has a lot to do with performance/fail issues.

Its all made of 1/2" Here is a pic of the test fit. Again I would rather wreck the rake than the bucket itself.
