Glad that you found the package. Not sure if the delivery scan issuue is systemic or procedural. I have passed your information on to the station manager so that he can address it from that end. Thank you for alerting us to your bad customer experiences. This will give us a chance to addreess the issue. This is certainly NOT the normal manner in which FedEx treats it's customers.
