Are you going to build something where all these trees are? 

Actually I'm just extending front yard. Hurricane Isabel started the project I'm just fininhing it. /forums/images/graemlins/smirk.gif

 I measured the one that I knocked over with my front end loader and it was 42" round, about 3' feet up from the ground! 

Thats gotta be fun as heck! Show me some pictures I love seeing that stuff.

Dewave , I bet those pictures look really good in print as they look very good here. Usually better in print. That one of the second hole looks like the tree could go either way, but I'm sure it's just because of 2D photo. 3D would prob. clearly show where it would go. Reddog What did you do with your tree before you pushed it with the loader? I tied up high on the trunk and pulled it over just a little, enough to get it started, then used the loader. I prob. should have dug a little in front first, but it came down. That was a good one for you! Nice sized tree. Is your BH comparable to Dewave's and mine if I ever get it? The Kioti 2365 BH. Yeah the pics don't show depth like the naked eye but I had it set the way I wanted. I was about to start on tipping it over but gusts of wind started blowing. /forums/images/graemlins/blush.gif

I don't believe reddog has a BH, but just that big monster DK65 and fel. I've believe he's posted pics b4.

You're gonna want that pneumatic grease gun after ya get your BH. There's like 40 grease fittings all together. /forums/images/graemlins/shocked.gif Sure makes it fast and easy. /forums/images/graemlins/wink.gif

Reddog, it worked! That's such a fine tractor. I see you have a toothbar also. I just ordered one from Woods through my Kioti delaer. Can't wait to try it out. Looks like that monster of yours will do just about anything. Sorry about the BH question, I know you said you used the loader, but I had one of those moments...again. John

ROFL, I like that! Keep your zest for life and that zeal for your new kioti tractor strong. Can't believe someone asked ya if this is your first tractor. Even if it were I'd never berate (SP) anyone for that. Enjoy it.... it's our toys that keeps our minds young! (maybe not the body but oh well.)
