Ferguson TO-20,30 Hydraulics

I have Googled and searched every tractor sales I can find, and that control valve with the rod as an assembly or a rod by its self can't be found. I wish I knew what the purpose of the part was. I might try using the new valve without the part. the slot in the new valve is not large enough for the attachment of the rod. also the snap ring groove that holds the rod into the valve is not wide enough.

I'm having a hard time picturing the part you are talking about and the differences.. can you post a pic.

I'm sure you would have to buy that as an assembly.. not just the individual component.. etc.

thats the problem, the assembly is no where to be found. its like its not used any longer. maybe it would work fine without the tail piece?
I'm gonna keep looking.

I'd be surprised if the t-valve from a 9n/2n wouldn't work... There is a manual out there that shows what ford and fergy parts will interchange.. I don't know the name of it.. but perhaps farmwithjunk may?

Well scratch the guess.. I just looked in the fergy section at ytmasg and found this:

Hydraulic Control Valve - Fits TE20, TEA20. TEF20, TO20, TO30. (Part No: 9N640)

same part, same part number.. same price. As I figured it would fit since it is the same pump.

well.. now you know where to get a new one at!

This has everything but the item #12 & 13. thats why I think they might have stopped using that part. Maybe the part # 9n640 replaces the part with the tail piece. the book calls it an oscillator wire. but don't say why they use it.

that is the part we bought and we will try using it instead of one with the oscillator wire attached
