Ferris scalping

Add wheels to the frame, preferably with adjustable heights in case you get it wrong the first time. Weld the mounts to the tool's frame.

I have a IS700z, so not true IS like yours. I mow at 3.25", and was having some scalping issues..leveled the deck and found it WAY off, especially on LH side that seemed to scalp the most. That took care of mine, and adding in 1/4" of pitch also helped it stripe a little better.

Looks like you are making a couple laps around the lawn to have room to turn around and mowing across the lawn do do the rest. It looks like you are turning right where the slope from the road levels out with the lawn so your deck is hitting the edge of the slope. Maybe try making another lap or two so you are turning on completely level ground.

Slow down on turns
Any mower will do that if you turn too fast. Both of mine will do exactly the same thing and I have a JD and a Kubota. I cut grass at 1.5" and if I go slow on turns my mowers don't do it.

A low tire will also give you some scalping on turns. At only 12# on my rear tires, it doesn't take much to allow scalping to happen.
