Finally ordered my TC45DA

The week before when I went in to get an estimate I had filled tires as part of my option in the dealers quote.

Well I decided I didn't want all that weight permanently and decided to get a few wheel weights. Now what my dealer suggested is that I would probably be better off without filling the tires according to my usage summary.

Now you obviously know this from experience, but for the sake of hearing it from a dealer is just another insured second opinion.

He also stated that I would not need a whole lot of weight added in the first place. 400lbs of wheel weights would be sufficient enough with or without because the rear end of the TC45 along with 4WD and R4's is heavy enough. So I trusted him and went with just 400lbs of rear wheel weights. I'm really glad I chose not to get them filled. I feel I've made the right decision for me. /forums/images/graemlins/smile.gif I can always add more 3pt hitch weight. Thanks Jim for giving me that reassurance. /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif

I just got done talking to the dealer on the phone. Was curious to see how the ordering process was going. He got a hold of the manufacturer the day I ordered and said they were in the process of finishing up the build on a TC45DA that fit my build options. So today I was told that my tractor maybe be at the dealer by the middle of next week. /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif Hurray. /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif

Well folks, the other day I found out I don't have just one Baby coming on the way but now two. My wife is pregnant and I'm on a big emotional high /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif. We've been trying for about as long as I've been researching this tractor; for the last, what, four months and it finally worked. Well as long as the tractor's color scheme (BLUE) fits the baby shower's color scheme I'll be twice as happy /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif.

No, really all I hope and pray for is a healthy baby no matter what gender it turns out to be /forums/images/graemlins/smile.gif.
