Took delivery today. Was on it almost till dark so only had time to take 3 quick pictures but, I can't figure out how to upload them. The photos are all over 1MB and it says I can only attach a file that is 100000 bytes are smaller. Can someone please tell me how /forums/images/graemlins/confused.gif. Hopefully I will take some more detailed ones over the weekend.

Since the pics are that big, I'm sure they're bitmaps (.bmp's). First, you have to save them as .jpg files which will reduce the size considerably.

I'm sure you also took them in the highest resolution your camera does. That's exactly what you want to do, but to get them down to 100Kb, you probably have to reduce the resolution. Your image viewing software should be able be able to do this. If not, download irfanview (www.irfanview.com) and install it. That's a pretty good, free package that does a certain amount of image manipulation.
There's a possibility you may have to reduce the resolution even further to post..if that's the case, PM me and I'll help you out...

I had visions of that pond in the background looking like lake Michigan after you get the hang of that new tractor. That front end loader will come in handy when you have to haul fish back to the house.
