We went back on 5/30 and financed a tractor and about 10 implements. 46 days later we still do not have 5 or 6 of those. Is there a way to tell the company to keep what they have not delivered yet and get out of that portion of the financing. This is a tractor that on day was I asked to return because the second 'they' put it on my driveway it was leaking hydraulic and antifreeze. I was denied that request, have made 1 payment and still do not have all I purchased. Any suggestions? Thanks

What kind of equipment did you buy?
Was it on the yard or had to be ordered?
Make, model, dealer and location usually get the best replies.

Questions you need to ask the dealership... not here.

And yes, some implements takes months to arrive after being ordered....

You alreaty bought it. Unless your going to sell it back to the dealer for a loss on your end it's all yours weather you have received the items or not..

I'd be surprised if delivery isn't addressed in the paperwork? When I order an implement, I never pay in full until after delivery from manufacturer to dealer lot, but maybe that's not universal across all dealerships?

Paying for items with no promised delivery date is BS... what if the manufacturer takes another year to deliver, or goes out of business before delivery?

Uh, I would have had them load the POS back onto the truck if it was leaking and not to bring g it back until it was repaired. But you are passed that. Like most financed items, you have a limited lemon law time.

I ran into that issue when I bought my last Kubota in 2022. It took a year for the optional air ride seat to arrive. The story I got from the Kubota regional rep was Kubota was in the middle of changing seat suppliers. (away from Grammar - true?)

You need to read the contract you signed. It spells out most circumstances.

Unfortunately I don't think there will be a provision to just return everything.
