I don't pay in full until delivery, I may put a deposit for an implement that's to be ordered. In my case, I noted a few things wrong and the next day a mobile service truck was at my house effecting repairs. My son also bought a new tractor and some implements using a Kubota loan. Although some pieces were immediately available the dealer said he couldn't deliver until the complete order was on hand. The loan terms started on delivery of the tractor and all ordered implements covered by the loan.

If your new tractor was leaking on delivery and the dealer won't make it right then that's a dealer that doesn't deserve your business. May be worth contacting Kioti or the regional rep if you aren't getting satisfaction from the dealer. That said I suspect returning everything may be a bridge too far.

This reminds me of my dealer calling to say they were going to drop off my tractor and implements on the trailer we bought with it at our house.

While we weren't there.

That would be a thiefs dream, just pull up, hitch up, and leave.
