I went a little overboard on mine because I didn't have a welder at that time! It weighs approx. 545#

Wow you guys do it up! I just lay a 4'x4' sheet of plywood on my brush fork and use a stepladder. My loader control has a safety latch can fold down and capture the lever so it can't move forward to the down position, or left /right.

Thanks Eric C, those repurpose builds are fun for me to do. Look around in the barn and garage, you might have plenty of stuff you can use.
