Finished up the shed for the Tractor

I want to build a similar shed off my barn. Does the shed roof have same pitch as the barn?

No it does not and that is the reason it was limited to 20 foot wide. It would have tripled the cost to make it wider. So it will have to take the snow load of the snow falling off the barn but it is designed to hold our snow loads no problem.

1483138436997.jpg I want a shed on the right side. 12' high, so keeping 4/12 pitch really restricts my height for the shed. I could drop the shed floor lower than the barn floor since the hill slopes down.

I wanted to be able to drive under it all. I will see if I can find a picture of the Whole thing

Here is the view from a bit back. It does not have the same slope but it is enough and strong enough to handle the snow dropping off onto it as well.

Picture perfect...

It's a comfort to have a place for everything and everything in it's place!

Well Done.

It is great to get stuff out of the elements.

That's a nice addition to the main building. Just curious why you didn't go the full length of the main building?

There was too big a drop off and I did not want to bring in too much fill. I just leveled it out for the barn and the addition but siting it to fit my bus meant I needed more room on the side to pull in and back around to I had to push it towards a complex slope. also it is easier to go in and out of it with some extra space ad I can back the 15 foot batwing in easier.

I figured you had a reason...

What are the dimensions of the main building?
