In a "previous life" or so it seems, I installed insulation and I still itch from it /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif .
You want the un-faced/friction fit insulation with a minimum 4 mil visqueen/plastic on the INSIDE . Then cover it with finished material as you see fit. Try to keep the plastic sheeting intact, only pentrating it when you nail/screw on the finished material.
