First signs of spring 2008!

Well March is here, same old story. 14-16" more snow today...

What does grass look like again? I'm told it's green....

When I first started reading this thread, I could not think of anthing spring like here in Florida. Pretty much one season all year long.

Then, today, there it was...
I'm a native, born, raised, probably will be buried in my home state. Nothing says spring to me like the smell of Orange Blossoms. They have started to open, and the smell is...my idea of heaven.
They sure do smell better then those houses everybody planted in the old orange groves after the last freezes. I never have seen any of those house in bloom, so they must send out runners underground, couse they spring up everywhere.
