First Time PLowing - Maybe this weekend

It appears to me in the picture from the rear, in post #13, there is quite a bit of gap between the end of the share, and the inside wall of the tire. It looks like it's taking too large of a cut on the first bottom, and possibly the reason the plow is skewing left. Hard to eyeball when your not there, or not the right camera angle.

You may need to remove the tire, then flip the center dish in to get the tractor adjusted to the plow.

I'm using the terms appears, possibly, and may, simply because from the angle of the pic, the brace bolt on the moldboard looks to be beyond the end of the share, but yet still 4"-6" from the inside of the tire. That would leave a lot of uncut dirt on the furrow floor, and cause a lot of crowd to the left. I'd think it would show some sort of gap/space between the last pass made, and the next pass. And, if there was sod flopping back down, I'd have to guess it would be on the first bottom because of the excess width it's trying to cut, not cutting the furrow floor clean, and not flipping it over.

Fresh out of the bushes & honeysuckle. One coulter was broken so I put an old one I had in it's place.

Making progress, just plowed more field. Went much much better this time, Im at the correct depth, the tractor isnt man-handling the plow (cant even tell the plow is on the back). Far fewer roll backs on the sod.

my only adjustment at this point is to get the plow to track straighter, it still pushes to the let a bit, so Im getting a distinct 3 furows, 3 furrows, 3 furrows, 3 furrows look to my work vs just a sea of furrows.

Any tips as to how to get rid of the 6" strips of un-plowed sod, with my setup ?.

Aside from taking off my Right side wheels and flipping them around to move the wheel closer to the first Share.

As i plow, the plow pushes left leaving me with a 6" strip of un plowed sod on every pass. so I get this 3 furrows, 3 furrows effect. Disking this in the spring is a pain in the butt.

I know Im not supposed tighten up the right side of the 3pt to allow less movement, maybe im not using the lever that controls the offset draw bar properly and thats causing my plow to track incorrectly

thanks in advance
