Fix for wimpy B3030 seat?

Here's a picture of my seat. I thought it set's pretty level. Are the seats with issues at more of a foward incline than mine?

My 3030 seat sucks as well. I had a JD4200 before and I could sit in that seat all day. I complained to the dealer and he is suppose to be looking into it. I think Kubota is having a dealer meeting this week. I looked at the seat from an L series and they seem much more comfortable. The mounting holes also look like they will match up. Not sure about the arm rest but I don't use those anyway. I doubt that the shims will do much good since I think it is a design flaw. All the new B series seem to have the same seat design. If Kubota doesn't fix it I will buy another seat. I love everything else about this tractor.

Someone here mentioned that it's possible that the deluxe seat from the B2910 will fit a Bxx30. I'm not sure if that has been verified, but I do know the seat is a lot more comfortable!

See Neil Messicks post about the F3680? seat - I had him put it on my b3030 instead of the stock seat - I'll post about it after I've received the tractor and used it for a while

you should look into the optional air suspension seat such as mine on the m7040

The dealer found out that the seat has changed. Kubota will not admit anything yet about the design but when they looked in the parts manual they found the seat part number had changed. They actually had it in stock and installed it on my tractor. It looks very similar to the original seat but the angle is more agressive. Not as good as my JD seat but much improved over the original. There is also a fix for the vibration in the steering if you happen to notice it on yours.

Franco, you wouldn't happen to have a part # for the new seat would you? My dealer doesn't seem to know anything about a new seat for the B3030.
