Thing to remember, most pins may only do a quarter turn in their lives. For my front-end loader, I removed each pin and created a groove around the pin, aligning it with the zerk. Using a grinder, I ground three shallow cuts at right angles to the groove. This gets grease completely around the pin. So many front-end loaders groan and screech when they rise and lower, even straight and have been greased.
