Fixing up a 1990 Bolens G174 / Iseki TX2160F

I've got a lovely 1990 Bolens G174 / Iseki TX2160F tractor that has been well taken care of. I would like to continue that tradition. I've already got the basic operators manual but I don't have a real service manual nor do I have the experience to just ' know ' things (this tractor is older than me, I did not grow up with tractors).

I'm attaching some photos to this post that I've taken of the tractor. I circled some wires that had issues that I wanted to look into more. On one, I think those are just wires that are to flashers and headlights, which do not work (I assume because the wires are cut, duh). When I took the photos, I was hoping I would find that the wires were the control to the dash and I could re-connect them and repair it. None of the dashboard components seem to be functioning.

Thanks to the operators manual, I've got a list of things I need to do - change the oil and filter, clean the fuel filter, check fluid levels, air filter... maybe grease some things... but I would like the service manual so I could repair it further, or at least someone knowledgeable to point out how to fix these things. Anyone know where I can get a service manual for this tractor? Anyone see anything that pops out as "needs fixing now" from my pics? Thanks!

It's really a Mitsubishi machine. K3B is the engine. History and PDF file is pinned at the top of the Mitsubishi section.

All the Mitsubishi-Satoh repair manuals are for free on the other tractorforum site. K3B is one of them. We posted the manuals here at one time and the mods deleted the thread. So the other site is best.
