Flail Mower flail mower

I had a bush-hog cutter for my ATV at one time. Note the word HAD. I concluded it wsa not good for much, definately not good for what I was doing. More or less gave it away. I am a big fan of a flail for cutting unkempt areas.

Dave the roller in front is for anti-scalp. I use an 88" Alamo with medium blades to mow about 7 acres of lawn and another 7 acres of fields (once or twice a year). I love the flail mower. Used to mow the lawn with a finish mower and the fields with brush mower ... the flail does a much more efficient job on both ... Scozz
