Flashing ENGINE COOLANT TEMPERATURE GAUGE - 1538 HST Won't Start

Currently the ENGINE COOLANT TEMPERATURE GAUGE on dash is flashing all bars on/off - 1538 HST, cranks but won't start.

History - The week earlier the tractor would start and run fine for 10min then act sluggish and putter like starving for fuel, sooner if put under load i.e. lifting front loader. After 10min of mowing the check engine light would come on and then emissions light would come on. If I let it sit for hour or more it would start and run fine for another ~10min. I put it in barn and ordered fuel filter and oil water separator.

When fuel filters arrived I went out to move tractor, it started right up then died, couldn't get to start again. I went ahead and replaced fuel filter and oil water separator filling cups with fresh diesel and bleed fuel lines, good fuel flow through lines. Still won't start...

Having had the filter off, go through the fuel line bleeding procedure to eliminate air bubbles. That probably won't fix the check engine light or flashing temperature gauge but may get the engine running. After that it may be a trip to the dealer for his computer to talk to yours.

This sounds like your oil sump is being diluted with fuel. You may have some kind of diesel "run-off" into your oil pan.

Did you find the issue? A diesel engine needs 2 things, fuel and air. Without over-complicating it, that is where I would start. If you replaced the filters and you know there is no air in the system, have you looked at air filters?
