On my Kubato 1100 side by side one of the tires stayed flat all winter. I air everything up and now it seem like that tire isn’t round any more. I think I know I need a tire but is there anything I can do to make it rd now.. it’s a bouncy ride now. I imagine that was a 150 dollar mistake

Get the tire warm and may flex back to being round. Maybe add a few PSI extra air pressure to aide in reshaping tire when warm.

Yes rough ride till they get round again.

Inflate to sidewall maximum+10psi and drive slowly in hot weather. The tire cords will re-assume their normal shape.
Carlisle Tire says 10psi extra is OK at lower speeds.

I've had tires that were flat for years. Overinflating a bit and warm weather helps a great deal.

I put a shot of sealant in all my seasonal tires.

Minimizes air loss over the winter in all my ag and RV tires.

Won't help now with your out of round tire but it can keep the problem from happening again

My mower tires have flat spots every spring. The cold weather causes pressure drop (physics), and sitting in one place on the (assumed) bias ply tires is a known issue. But they're always back to their regular round self after one mowing session, in fact probably within the first 30 minutes.

I disagree on Ray's idea to inflate to max PSI though. I suspect running on them at a more normal / lower pressure is more likely to exercise the flat spot out of them sooner, than stiffening them up by running max pressure. Of course that's a wager based on reasoning, and not actual experience of having tried both methods.

When the tire gets warm and you drive it around for a while the tire will get round again and stop making you bounce around. Add some slime afterwards inside the tire and all should be good.

How will that Slime prevent colder weather pressure loss? As WinterDeere said, nothing change the laws of physics.
Goodyear states results of the law of physics for this:

How Cold Weather Can Affect Tire Pressure

For every 10 degrees of temperature drop, tires will drop 1-2 pounds of pressure. It is important to keep your tires within the recommended PSI to maintain traction, handling and durability.

Won't prevent some loss, but it will keep the tire from going completely flat
That was the OP's problem.

Yup, allowed to remain flat for an extended period can ruin the sidewall plies and belts permanently.
I forgot that happened. I guess I allowed my aversion to Fix A Flat to color my opinion; it will cause so much rim damage and mess, most tire shops will not work on a wheel with that added.
