flat face couplers

When I got my holmbury flat faced couplings, I connected them to together & I was surprised at how much force it took just over come the spring tension to connect the couplings dry right out of the box. I would guess it may be a bit easier using 2 hands when connecting to the couplers mounted on my tractor.

I took your advice..they emailed me a pre-paid shipping label. 2 days after I sent them back they notified me of the results after they pressure tested them...turns out they were in fact defective. They gave me 2 options, get a refund or have another set that are pre-tested sent out to me. I opted for the refund only because I bought the holmbury couplers. I really appreciate a company's excellent customer service like this.
