Flat Mode - Please Post Feedback

The flat mode is a great idea, but I think an even better one is to limit the time that a post is listed on current screen. A week or 10 days is long enough if no activity is happening with a post. Add a acrhive button if someone wants to read the complete thread. This would speed the loading process.
