I know exactly what You mean on the "getting skinned" /forums/images/graemlins/laugh.gif.It is getting a lot harder to get a financial bill passed here to .Oh well the garage is about full /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif

Here's a receiver with its basic dimensions that I built recently.
I think all the numbers are legible. The CAD package I have doesn't like to be converted to a .jpg file very well.

Yea, its probably stouter than need be. I had the 2" tubing lying around in the scrap pile. I don't mind though because I use it to move my 31' camper that has 700#-800# tongue weight.

Does Lowery make one with a receiver insert and a fifth wheel ball on top?

Utahmule, can't answer your question about Lowery, but Leinbach makes one with the fifth wheel ball on top. It also has the receiver on the bottom. I think it runs about $85, but could be a little off. An earlier post gave Leinbach's email address.

I have several implements from Leinbach, and like all of them. In my opinion, you can't beat their prices.

Do you think my TC-33 could move a 24 foot fifth wheel RV with one of these?

I wouldn't see why not. I move my bumper pull 31' TT with a 25HP Chinese import. By the way, it would be easy to add a ball to the top of the receiver that I built (see earlier post) for use with a fifth wheel.
