For those of you with "Swisher" mowers

I had a swisher 44" trail mowers used for cutting my land before I got a Kubota BX. It never ran right. I had it in the shop 3 or 4 times. It was hard to start. The last year I had it, I went to start it and had the air box cover off, gas/ oil came shooting out of the air box. I brought it back to get fixed and the whole carb needed to be replaced. After I got it back it ran perfectly. I sold it to a friend 7years ago to cut 3 acres at his cabin, he still has it and runs great.

I had one I think it was 42 or 44"...I didn't care for it much at all. I got better results just using a cheap Murray. If they were 500.00 then it may be a okay buy..IMO

Based on our 60" ZTM by Swisher (sell them at Lowes now locally) the quality is OK for the price. They have been helpful when I have talked to them by phone too. I would NOT buy one to loan or rent out.
