I have a, new to me, 2011 Nissan forklift that will not accept grease in one zerk.
I have removed the zerk, and attached it to my grease gun, and grease flows readily.
The zerk is located in the end of a pin, and fills the pin completely with grease.
The grease inside the pin is soft, and I have tried cleaning the pin center completely out.
Grease should come out at both ends of the pin, to lubricate the pin (a washer on each end), where it passes through each side of the pin mount, but none does. The pin is a pivot mount (very little movement) for a hydraulic cylinder that tilts the forks.
Any ideas on how to get grease to both ends of this pin?
