Ford 1300 Needing Engine Work

I found a Ford 1300 with a loader for sale the has engine problems. It has been looked at by the dealer and it needs the crankshaft turned and oversized bearings. I don't have any experience going this deep into the engine and was wondering if these parts are still available and if worse comes to worse can I get a replacement crankshaft?

I have a 1964 Ford 4000 gas and am looking to downsize. Now that I've done all the grading around my house and got the land I want cleared done I just don't need a tractor that big anymore.
