I will try and work her real good and report back.

There is a steady whit/grey smoke out the exhaust which is light at lower rpm and increases as rpm increases. At 2000 rpm is when I see the oil seeping out the exhaust stack and smoke increasing above what I would consider normal.

The breather tube does have a very light whisp of smoke coming out, but almost no oil. There is air exiting the tube, but nothing I would be concerned about. When I worked on the farm as a kid we had a IH1066 that would lots of pressure and steam coming out the breather tube and it ran great.

White gray smoke is usually an indication of a cylinder head gasket leak. The gasket may also be leaking an oil port into one of the cylinders causing the excessive oil being pushed out the exhaust. See if you can take a compression test of the cylinders, then do a slight pressurization of the cooling system and see if it holds pressure. I would not place a garbage bag in front of the radiator. I would check the thermostat to ensure it is opening properly, and is properly installed. Some New Holland model are specific as to how the thermostat is positioned. If you must block the radiator, just use a small piece of cardboard, and keep a clse eye on them gauge.

I’m unsure if there is an oil port that far up in the block. There is no oil in the coolant, and the coolant level does not drop. The temp sits right around 160-170 when it is up to temp. My transmitter isn’t in the best location as I couldn’t get the plug out of the head. It is installed in the thermostat neck in a plug that was there.

Run it without the muffler and see if you get oil coming out the of the manifold.

There must be an oil port due to your transfer piping to the rocker shaft with your teflon pipe. I have looked and can't find a transfer pipe in Messick's engine diagrams, but I'm sure you are right that one exists to oil the rocker shaft.

This is a pic from the service manual that clued me in to the missing pipe.

I can tell it is coming from cylinder three because the exhaust port there was wet. The other two cylinders exhaust ports were dry.

I removed the exhaust and checked for oil inside, but there is nothing in there, just soot.

Just a random thought...make sure your oil supply pipe extends into the rocker arm shaft the same distance as the factory one to distribute your oil evenly in the shaft and not oversupplying #3 with oil??

Yes, I checked it. I ran the engine with the valve cover removed to see how much oil was being supplied to each rocker. Surprisingly there are no oil supply holes on the tips of the rocker arm for the valve and push rod ends. The only oil supplied lubes the rocker shaft and that’s it.
