Ford 1620 Starting Problem

I have a Ford 1620 that is failing to start after a day of use. I can turn the ignition key on and the proper dash lights are lit. I can pre-heat the glow plugs but when I go to start the engine nothing happens. I would suspect grounding except the lights, including headlights, work fine. I am suspecting a relay but with out a wiring diagram I am a bit loss. And of course it is parked with the bucket attached making access difficult. Any help would be appreciated.

Make sure the PTO lever is off.

Are their any other safety switches on it?

Checked that and the other safety switches on the trans they all were in the correct position and connected. Of course I did not try to bypass them today, if I wasn't looking for property tonight to move out of MD. I guess I can try that when I have some time.
