Good to know...I'll definitely avoid the notch. I've only seen the arms in some form of the "up" position (even after sitting all Winter). With the broken frame rail, I was too focused on getting it off of the trailer in one piece and didn't bother checking out the rest of the tractor until now. Guess I did engage the PTO just to see if it would spin (it spins). Which reminds me... I need to fabricate a new PTO guard. Any excuse to visit the MAC's Hardware scrap metal bin !!
