#6 on this exploded view are what leak. To much stress on these orings from the movement! Crap design!!

On another note my FEL controls was not working correctly when the valve/pump was leaking. The joystick would not return by itself. I guess it needs full pressure to work right.

Another thing make sure your engine mount bolts are tight, the movement (twisting) is what hurts orings.

These are o rings you need, the others i bought at tractors supply in an assorted pack.

I think this is where mine is leaking from too....

The problem is the stupid design, it should have some kind of flexible hose between the pump and valve. There is a kit that fixes this but its 300 plus dollars. I will just change tye orings every year.

Nolo - did you find the banjo bolt to be extremely hard to get off?

No sir, mine easily came off. If I remember right I only used a wrench, didnt even double it up. Did you get the leak fixed? Did you notice how stupid the design is?

Make sure when you get the diverter valve off to tighten motor/frame bolts that are behind the diverter.
