Ford 1715

My uncle overhauled a 1715.
I am looking for some advice as to how much weight I should keep my disc harrow around?
I plan to use this tractor for food plots and bush hog work in the woods.

Any tips or tricks with the 1715 I should be aware of, outside of installing suitcase weights?

Dang! Nice work.

He did more than "overhaul it," right? Looks like he restored it. It would be prettier with the original, horizontal muffler IMO. Oh, by the way, :welcome: to TBN.

He did restore it...
He's a great mechanic and now does this in his retirement.

It looks nice. How loud is it? That looks like just a straight pipe with no muffler. If you have to leave it outside and it rains put a cup over the exhaust. With 4wd it will pull just about anything. I'd use liquid in the wheels as opposed to suitcase weights.
