Ford 1910 timing marks on flywheel & torque specs for manifolds and injectors

Replaced cylinder head on Shibaura 3-cyl diesel on 1983 Ford 1910 tractor. Preparing to adjust valve timing and need some help deciphering the 2 marks on the flywheel. See attached photo.

Thanks for any guidance on how to interpret those marks: TDC and some angle offset?

AND

Can't find any torque specs for the intake and exhaust manifolds and the fuel injectors. Any experience or info on that?

Injectors, 43-51 ft/lbs
As for the manifolds, there is just a general table in the service manual.

Top mark in your picture is crankshaft pulley top dead center timing mark. Bottom mark is injection pump timing mark. Fuel should stop flowing from #1 delivery valve holder at beginning of injection when the bottom mark aligns with the timing pointer, according to the pump timing section of my FO-46 service manual.
