Ford 2120

Hey guys I have a 1989 Ford 2120 and I lost reverse it starts to roll backwards like a foot then stops and goes nowhere it travels fine forwards any idea where to start looking it’s my first tractor that wasn’t just a lawnmower so any help would be much appreciated
